Our products are plant-based, cruelty-free, non-irritating, packed with botanical actives and have helped many individuals over the last decade.

We offer complimentary door-to-door courier delivery within Singapore for orders that are $200 and above. For orders below $200, a $17 (inclusive of GST) delivery fee applies.

Our courier delivers on weekdays between 10am to 8pm.

We are unable to cater to a specific time slot.

No, we only ship to a Singapore address.

The majority of our products are formulated and made in the USA. We have a few products which are formulated in the USA but made in Singapore.

Yes, our products are paraben-free.

Our cleansers and shampoos do not contain SLS.

Only Peppermint Rescue and Spot Rescue contain a small amount of alcohol. However, the formulas will not dry the skin. The rest of our products do not contain alcohol.

We use only a tiny amount of plant-based, non-irritating fragrant oils in some of our products. Products that contain fragrances have “parfum” or “fragrant oil” listed in the ingredient list printed on the bottles.

Our Pomegranate Polish does not contain plastic microbeads. We use eco-friendly polishing powder extracted from renewable resources.

Some of our products, especially those containing Vitamin C, may oxidise over time. However, they are still good for use till the expiration date or within 6 months of opening, whichever occurs earlier.

No. Our products are cruelty-free.

Yes. Our capsule shells are vegetarian.

Products listed under “dry & sensitive” skin concern are generally safe for sensitive skin. However, it is impossible for us to guarantee that all s.k.MED products are hypoallergenic for everyone.

If you have a medical skin condition such as eczema or psoriasis, please make an appointment to see us at the clinic instead of purchasing the products online.

All our products have their expiration dates printed on the packaging. However, to ensure optimal product quality and efficacy, we generally recommend that products be used within 6 months upon opening.

Please take a look at the key ingredients listed on individual product pages before buying. It is impossible for us to say with certainty that the products will not cause any sensitivity or reaction for everyone.

No. Our products are not prescriptive pharmaceutical products. They do not substitute for medical consultation or treatment.

Yes. Our products are safe for use.

No. Our clinics are separate entities and not available for any walk-in retail sale.

Yes. We offer a wider range of skincare products at our clinics to cater to more challenging skin issues.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or in-store credit even in the event of an allergy.
